My 1990 Evinrude 30 HP runs and idles fine, but after between 10-30 minutes at 3/4 throttle it goes VROOM...VROOM...VROOM as if it is getting just squirts of fuel. I have swapped hoses and tanks. Could it be a fuel pump issue, or dirt in the high speed jet?

Hello, it sounds like the fuel pump is weak. Try pumping the ball when this happens. If it picks up replace the fuel pump. Cool
