I am in need of a fuel pump, which is no longer available. There are some available for new models, can I use one of them? My fuel pump cover is round in shape and the newer ones are square, but it looks as though the mounting is the same.

Is there an aftermarket fix for the handles for the transom clamp screws? Pot metal does not hold up when the screws are frozen in one position.

Hello Buck tail, unfortunately there is no fix that you can buy over the counter. You will have to improvise. The big problem you will be facing is that you have an engine that is 44 years old and parts are going to be difficult if not impossible to find.
