I need a good brand of raingear for my workers, ones that won't rip all the time and ones that have strong suspender snaps that don't keep breaking! What about you offshore fisherman or commercial guys, what's the best?

I'm not a commercial fisherman, but I have some very high quality rain gear from Grundens. Try the Clipper or Herkeles line of foul weather gear.

Here's a good link for Grundens at Go2marine.com. They sponsor this forum so might as well give them a shot.
