Hi im new to this.my motor ran hot for a bit230 or so then i shut down too cool off had debris around outdrive,took off and motor seemed fine,then went for a ride motor temp went down from 160 to 120 stopped boat temp went to 230.came in found water in 1 cylinder i checked riser and manifold look good also with risers and manifold off cranked motor and more water came out,could this be head gasket, or worse.did compression test had 150 in water cylinder and the one next to it,others 180. any help thank you Question

There is a chance the head gasket is bad but most likely you have a cracked exhaust manifold. Cool
