Hi me and a friend are having a problem we have a 92 formula with a 454 the motor siezed but before that we had no spark we changed the motor and still no spark using a test light we get 12 volts from both the positive and negative side of the coil but no spark we tried 3 different coils so now we are thinking ignition cuttoff there were 2 wires in the engine compartment cut but were not part of original wiring I took apart the cutt off switch and these same 2 wires were connected to it I don't really know how these work any insight would help i think I'm on the right path can anyone help please don't wanna miss the small new england season

Run a jumper wire from the battery to the negative side of the coil. It it does not start, you have a problem with the ignition module. Cool
